Rishabh is the President and co-founder of OZ Tax Prep. He has worked for Deloitte Tax LLP, and most recently at Bain Capital Private Equity LP.
At Deloitte, Rishabh was on the Opportunity Zone team of the federal tax credits and incentives group. He worked primarily on engagements involving Opportunity Zones ("OZ") and developed a deep technical understanding of the tax incentive. He remains current with the ongoing updates to the OZ program, including the new rules introduced in the OBBBA.
Rishabh runs the firm and handles all tax preparation, compliance, and strategy needs for all clients.
DEEPAK KRISHAN

Deepak began his career in the Tax group at Deloitte and has been a practicing CPA for more than 30 years. He also holds a Masters in Taxation from the University of Wisconsin.
Deepak ran an independent tax practice for many years and is deeply experienced in providing tax preparation and compliance services to small and midsize businesses. He is now a senior adviser for OZ Tax Prep.
